Practices run from 5:30-7PM Monday's & Wednesday's, 8-10 a.m. on Saturday's. All practices will be held at Rainier Beach High School unless otherwise noted. Please be aware that some of our specialty coaches may have other dates and times for you to meet with them to work on specialty events such as hurdles, high jump, throws (javelin, discus, and shot put), long jump, and triple jump.

If your child plans to participate in the summer program, you will need to register with Coach Kwad before May 16, 2008 for USATF cards. Parents who plan to attend the National meet can also acquire a USATF card. It's important for all to know that the summer program is a very competitive part of the program. We will need you to be fully committed for the season.
The community center is not responsible for sweat suit orders or usatf card registrations.
