Practices run from 5:30-7PM Monday's & Wednesday's, 8-10 a.m. on Saturday's. All practices will be held at Rainier Beach High School unless otherwise noted. Please be aware that some of our specialty coaches may have other dates and times for you to meet with them to work on specialty events such as hurdles, high jump, throws (javelin, discus, and shot put), long jump, and triple jump.

Directions: From south end, take I-5 North to West Seattle Bridge/Spokane Street ramp (Exit 163). Take West Seattle Bridge ramp and stay on bridge until it ends and you reach the light. Turn slight left onto 35th Ave SW. The stadium will be to your left.
